Bob Murphy
Lives in Barre Town. He first took a painting course while in college, but did not get involved again until his retirement from the Vermont Agency of Transportation. Shortly thereafter, he joined the Paletteers, and has been an active member ever since.
Bob paints in both oils and acrylics, but has dabbled in watercolor and pen & ink. He usually works from photos, but has also painted en plein aire. Subjects are mostly landscapes, with an occasional still life.
