Paletteers Membership Meetings
Potential members of the Paletteers are cordially invited to join us at any of our meetings. Come and meet us; I think you’ll want to join!
3/9/2024 MINUTES OF THE MEETING
The Paletteers held an open-to-the-public meeting, Meet, Greet and Create in the Milne Room at the Aldrich Library, Barre VT on March 9, 10-12 am.
The meeting generated a large group of people interested in who we are and what we offer. We expect to see an increase in membership, which was the goal. Kathy Ravenhorst Adams brought in a group from the Northfield area. Several artists had tables showing their interest in specific mediums. Jan Avery, watercolor; John Weaver and Sandy Kerin Weaver, acrylic; Mindy Kantor, colored pencil and Jan Ghiringhelli, pastels.
Artists in attendance were Kathy Ravenhorst Adams, Pam Murphy, Angela Gola, and President Linda Kiniry, who had brought pastels but circulated instead explaining the Paletteer’s history, upcoming meetings and events. Jan Avery and Pam Murphy were in charge of lovely refreshments.
The meeting was declared a success.
