Linda Kiniry
"Growing up in Vermont, I have
always enjoyed the beaty of four seasons. Vermont landscapes give me the inspiration
for my work. I work with watercolors, pastels, acrylics,
and oils. But have found pastels allow
me a level of freedom with color to capture the beauty of each season."
Linda learned her skills by attending numerous lectures and workshops. She is a member of the Northern Vermont Artists Association, VT Pastel Society, and has served on the boards of Vermont Handcrafters inc and Paletteers of Barre. Linda is a former president of the Paletteers of Barre. She has won several awards for her work. Her art has been shown in numerous art society and juried shows; the Miller Art Center, Grace Cottage Hospital Day Art Show, Studio Place Arts, the Bryan Art Gallery, the Governor’s office exhibition, Chandler Gallery and Wood Gallery and Art Center.
